Research

In the field of shaping and caring for landscape architecture objects:
– history, form and function of garden elements and systems accompanying communication routes
(avenues, street and road trees);
– history of garden art – assessment of the condition of objects, changes in the compositional system,
the degree of preservation of historic layouts;
– greenery in urban planning – assessment of the condition and degree of preservation of spatial systems (Warsaw).

In the field of shaping and caring for vegetation:
– assessment of the state of composed trees (spatial structure, species structure, age, health),
the degree of preservation and transformations in the long-term cycle;
– valorization of fruit trees in parks and in the open landscape
(state of preservation, spatial, species and age structure)
for the purposes of protecting, shaping and caring for them;
– examination of the condition and habitat conditions of city trees in order to protect them in conditions of strong anthropopressure,
including: diagnosing symptoms of deteriorated health of trees as a result of technical works;
– the presence of invasive plants in the environment – threats in the conditions of anthropopressure.

Didactics

– nurturing and conservation of landscape architecture objects (historic and contemporary objects);
– shaping and arranging (building) landscape architecture objects – preparing documentation
construction and executive
(inventories: dendrological, pavement, elements of small architecture and equipment;
designs: plant plantings, small architectural forms, road layouts and surfaces);
– shaping the landscape of rural areas
(field, road, water plantings, etc. – form, function, application)
