Scope of powers and duties:

• Implementing the standards of equal treatment and counteracting discrimination in the field of higher education at the SGGW Institute of Environmental Engineering, the Institute of Civil Engineering, and the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
• Cooperation with the rector’s representative for the equal treatment of employees and students.
• Coordination of systemic actions for equal treatment at the SGGW, initiating preventive measures through information and educational activities aimed at improving anti-discrimination competencies among employees and students.
• Monitoring university offers related to scientific activity and development addressed to employees and students in terms of compliance with anti-discrimination regulations.
• Monitoring and evaluation of anti-discrimination activities in the SGGW units.
  Reporting on the actions taken after the end of each academic year to the rector’s representative for equal treatment.

Prof. dr hab. inż. Piotr Dąbrowski, prof. SGGW – Coordinator for the Erasmus+ studies

Scope of powers and duties:

• Dissemination of information about mobility opportunities under the Erasmus+ programme and current recruitments.
• Preparing and updating the offers of places at partner universities relevant to the Faculty.
• Recruitment of candidates for exchange studies under the Erasmus+ programme.
  Cooperation with the International Relations Office in the preparation of lists of student assignments to partner foreign universities.
• Supervising the foreign students under the Erasmus+ programme exchange studies.
  Providing information on opportunities for academics to travel to teach under the Erasmus+ programme.
• Annual preparation of a report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Dr inż. Marcin Małuszyński – Coordinator for tracking career paths of graduates

Scope of powers and duties:

• Cooperation with the rector’s representative for tracking the career paths of graduates.
• Preparing questionnaires filled out by graduates and delivering them to the SGGW Career Office.
• Acquiring information from the Polish Graduate Tracking system – the MNiSW survey.
• Analysing the results of the questionnaires and presenting the findings to the dean.
  Preparing additional detailed questionnaires in cooperation with the SGGW Career Office.
• Taking action to modify study programmes based on the results of the graduate questionnaires to enhance graduates’ preparedness for entering the job market.
  Cooperation with the coordinator for cooperation with the economy regarding internships and job offers.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts between graduates and the faculty by organising graduate reunions, workshops, and meetings.
• Annual preparation of a report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Dr inż. Ilona Małuszyńska – Faculty coordinator for students with disabilities

Scope of powers and duties:

• Coordinating activities aimed at creating a faculty friendly to students with disabilities, free from architectural and psychological barriers.
• Assisting students with disabilities studying at the Faculty, including ensuring their full participation in the local community.
• Supporting the fulfillment of students’ special needs regarding the organisation and implementation of the teaching process, including adapting conditions to the student’s disability and the University’s capabilities.
• Monitoring any inconveniences, including architectural issues, and reporting comments to the appropriate SGGW services.
• Cooperation with relevant University units in preparing information materials for students with disabilities, including on the SGGW website.
• Cooperation with the rector’s representative for students with disabilities.
• Annual preparation of a report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Dr inż. Agnieszka Hejduk – Faculty coordinator for students with ASD

Scope of powers and duties:

• Assistance for students with ASD in:

– identifying support options that enhance social skills, build self-esteem and empowerment, and improve work organisation,
– supporting students in overcoming difficulties related to university procedures and deadlines,
– overcoming barriers that hinder functioning within the academic community.

• Support in solving conflict situations.
• Reporting the individual needs of students with ASD to the Faculty authorities.
• Monitoring actions that support students with ASD in the didactic process to achieve the intended learning effects.
• Creating a friendly environment for the students with ASD at the Faculty.
• Close cooperation with the Faculty’s authorities, the faculty coordinator for students with disabilities, the rector’s representative for students with ASD, and the Office for People with Disabilities and Accessibility.
• Annual preparation of a report on the implementation of assigned tasks.
