Scope of responsibilities:

• Implementing equal treatment standards and preventing discrimination in higher education within the SGGW Institute of Environmental Engineering, the Institute of Civil Engineering, and the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
• Cooperating with the Rector’s Representative for the Equal Treatment of Employees and Students.
• Coordinating equal treatment activities at SGGW, initiating preventive measures through information and educational activities aimed at improving anti-discrimination awareness among employees and students.
• Monitoring university programmes related to research and professional development offered to employees and students to ensure compliance with anti-discrimination regulations.
• Monitoring anti-discrimination activities across SGGW units.
• Submitting an annual report on activities carried out to the Rector’s Representative for Equal Treatment.

Prof. dr hab. inż. Piotr Dąbrowski, prof. SGGW – Coordinator for the Erasmus+ studies

Scope of responsibilities:

• Dissemination of information about placement opportunities under the Erasmus+ programme and current recruitments.
• Preparing and updating placement opportunities at partner universities.
• Recruiting candidates for exchange studies under the Erasmus+ programme.
• Cooperating with the International Relations Office in the preparation of lists of students selected for partner universities abroad.
• Supervising international students participating in the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
• Providing information on opportunities for academic staff mobility under the Erasmus+ programme.
• Preparing an annual report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Dr inż. Marcin Małuszyński – Coordinator for Tracking Career Paths of Graduates

Scope of responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the Rector’s Representative for Tracking the Career Paths of Graduates.
• Preparing and processing questionnaires completed by graduates and submitting them to the SGGW Career Office.
• Obtaining data from the Polish Graduate Tracking System (MNiSW survey).
• Analysing the results of the questionnaires and presenting the findings to the Dean.
• Preparing additional detailed questionnaires in cooperation with the SGGW Career Office.
• Participating in updating study programmes based on the results of the graduate questionnaires to enhance graduates’ readiness for the labour market.
• Cooperating with the coordinator on the economic aspects of internships and job offers.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts between graduates and the Faculty by organising graduate reunions, workshops, and meetings.
• Preparing an annual report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Dr inż. Ilona Małuszyńska – Faculty Coordinator for Students with Disabilities

Scope of responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities aimed at creating the Faculty accessible to students with disabilities, free from architectural and social barriers.
• Assisting students with disabilities studying at the Faculty, including ensuring their full participation in the academic community.
• Supporting students with disabilities in the teaching process, including adapting conditions to their needs within the University’s capabilities.
• Monitoring barriers, including architectural issues, and submitting comments to the appropriate SGGW services.
• Cooperating with relevant University units in preparing information materials for students with disabilities, including on the SGGW website.
• Cooperating with the Rector’s Representative for Students with Disabilities.
• Preparing an annual report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Providing support to students with ASD in:

1. Identifying support options that enhance social skills, build self-esteem and empowerment, and improve study organisation,
2. Supporting students in overcoming difficulties related to university procedures and deadlines,
3. Overcoming barriers that hinder functioning within the academic community.

• Supporting the resolution of conflict situations.
• Reporting the individual needs of students with ASD to the Faculty authorities.
• Monitoring actions supporting students with ASD in the educational process to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
• Creating a supportive environment for students with ASD at the Faculty.
• Cooperating with the Faculty’s authorities, the Faculty Coordinator for Students with Disabilities, the Rector’s Representative for Students with ASD, and the Office for People with Disabilities and Accessibility.
• Preparing an annual report on the implementation of assigned tasks.
