We are delighted to announce that Dr Barbara Klik, an employee of the Department of Environmental Development and Remote Sensing, has been rewarded by the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) for her outstanding scientific achievements and research and development activities.

Her scientific research focuses on the remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soils and the development of modern, sustainable environmental remediation technologies, especially innovative solvent systems. It is a promising direction of development in modern environmental engineering.
